Overall great show
Stevie's band was great, and her voice was superb! Stevie played the "gypsy" or "witch" role a little too far- wearing shawls and standing still through 90% of the show. My Straight Friends band was excellent- starting only a short few minutes after Stevie left the stage. Rod was funny, self-effacing, and could really kick those give-away-balloons really far. I recommend both Rod and Stevie highly- particularly together on two songs. Stewart's band played, and his show was top-notch- light-hearted rhythm and blues-type show complete with a stage full of band members in suits and ties or dresses changed once during the show. Stevie opened the show on time. He also shared the limelight well with other talented bandmates- letting them sing and a rock-n-roll drum solo. I won't forget this show as one of my favorites, and I have been to many shows.
